Terms and Conditions for Collaborating Photographers

Welcome to Great Pics. By collaborating as a photographer and using our platform to upload images, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any event. 1. Service Description Great Pics is a platform that allows collaborating photographers to upload images captured at specific events for subsequent commercialization through the Great Pics website. 2. Image Upload Process Image uploads are carried out exclusively through a unique link generated by Great Pics. This link will have a limited validity period, which will be communicated to the photographer in advance. Once the deadline has passed without an upload, the agreement will be considered automatically canceled. If an extension is required, the photographer must request it in writing, stating the reason. Great Pics reserves the right to accept or reject such requests. 3. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property By uploading images to the platform, the photographer grants Great Pics the exclusive, unlimited right in time and territory to commercialize said images under the Great Pics name. The images may not be resold, published, or used on any other platform, medium, or channel by the photographer without the express written authorization of Great Pics. Violation of this clause may result in the permanent exclusion of the photographer from the platform. 4. Commissioned Photography In cases where the photographer has been directly hired by Great Pics to cover a specific event, the images captured may only be used by Great Pics. Any additional use (including portfolios, social media, or promotional purposes) will require prior written authorization from Great Pics. 5. Compensation Payment terms will be defined individually in each specific agreement or contract. Great Pics may establish compensation schemes based on commissions, fixed payments, or any other model previously agreed upon with the photographer. 6. Technical Requirements and Quality Images must be uploaded in the highest available quality by the photographer. Accepted formats include: PNG, JPEG, JPG, HEIC, HEIF, BMP, and WEBP. 7. Image Review and Removal Great Pics reserves the right to review, reject, or remove images at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to: - Insufficient or poor technical quality. - Inappropriate content or content unrelated to the event. - Duplicate images. - Unauthorized advertising or branding. Images will remain on the platform at the sole discretion of Great Pics. The photographer may not delete images independently; any removal request must be formally submitted to Great Pics. 8. Platform Access Photographers do not create personal accounts or access user interfaces. Great Pics provides a unique upload token per event, internally linked to a technical account generated by the system. Access will remain active only during the designated period for uploading images from the corresponding event. 9. Penalties and Restrictions In case of violations or inappropriate conduct, Great Pics may limit, suspend, or terminate collaboration with the photographer. If there are pending payments, such amounts may be withheld until the situation is resolved. 10. Amendments to the Terms Great Pics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
